After the workshop, I felt more focused and had a more detailed plan for 2026. It provided clarity of vision and prioritization of what I want to achieve and why. I would recommend Dr. Leedy to help individuals and groups in various settings because she is very good at helping people understand their complex emotions/feelings and then providing practical tools to navigate those.
